Christmas tree farms in Oregon.
Oregon’s Christmas-tree choices stretch from Portland and the Willamette Valley to the southern foothills and Coos Bay. Walk a fir plantation, let the crew cut your chosen tree, or browse freshly cut trees at a farm market. Noble, Douglas and Grand fir are joined by Nordmann, Turkish and other varieties at selected farms. This guide brings together tree choices, prices and the details that make the whole visit easier to plan.
Field or fresh-cut
A field walk and a convenient pre-cut stop are different outings. Helvetia offers trimmed and natural trees; Tucker has separate South and West Salem farms with their own choices. Frog Pond and Cornell Farm offer pre-cut shopping. Compare the buying method as well as the variety, especially when you want staff to do the cutting.

Flat prices, ribbon grades and species or height tiers all appear here. Merrywood marks trees by grade; Lee Farms uses a minimum field-tree charge and different tall-tree bands. Handling can be included or extra, and flocking is a separate service. Each detail page keeps the conditions beside the prices so a low starting amount does not become an assumed total.
Choose your day
Some farms open on selected weekends; others offer weekday appointments or require reservations on busy dates. Christmas Mountain has a peak-day reservation plan, while David Hill Farm offers weekday visits by phone appointment. Tree selling, Santa visits and other events can have separate calendars. Check the farm’s latest opening and remaining-stock updates before setting out.
Enjoy the whole visit
Tree shaking, baling, cutting help and loading arrangements differ by location. Helvetia’s tractor train and model trains make it a longer outing; Merrywood pairs its tree fields with a barn collection and customer-only pony rides. Other farms offer shops, greenery or warm drinks. Look closely at pet rules, payment and any purchase or booking conditions for those extras.
