Choose your Christmas tree.
The contact page prices Balsam, Grand, Nordmann and Turkish firs at $50 or less when tagged, and Douglas firs at $40 or less when tagged. The stated price applies to any size within that tagged selection.
Complimentary shaking and baling depend on staff being available and the tree fitting the equipment. Check the tag and available help before cutting rather than assuming every tree can be prepared by the baler.

Find the right red gate
Maps can send visitors toward the neighboring vineyard or a private drive at Dusty Lane. Look for the red gate with “Sleepy Hollow” in white letters between those locations, just past Yamhill Valley Vineyards on Oldsville Road.

Chestnuts and handcrafted gifts
A previous Christmas announcement describes friendly animals, chestnuts roasting on an open fire and candy canes for children, with wreaths, wooden stools and wood art for sale. Santa was planned without an exact session; renewed activities have not been posted.
Chestnuts are also a separate harvest crop and can sell out before Christmas; do not assume the porch self-service supply or roasting remains available throughout tree sales. Paid photo shoots have their own arrangements: a $20 shoot fee plus $20 per hour on the property.

Chestnuts and a separate overnight stay
When chestnuts are available, they can be sampled and purchased at the tree farm during U-cut hours. The autumn porch self-service point is at 17000 SW Oldsville Road, a different address from the tree farm. A previously published chestnut offer was about one pound for $5, with shipping arranged separately; confirm current supply and prices.
Sleepy Hollow House is separate Airbnb-booked lodging: the main house sleeps six with two bathrooms, and an optional bunkhouse sleeps three. There is no internet or cable. Forest trails and seasonal water features are described for lodging guests, rather than promised as access with a tree purchase.
