Choose your Christmas tree.
Rainy Mountain is the historic Ten Eyck family farm, growing Noble Christmas trees since 1996. Its tree page also describes some Nordmann firs and a few blue spruces, with a $50 flat price regardless of size.
The described range runs from tabletops to eight feet, with many trees around six–eight feet. Stock is picked through as the season progresses, so use the operator’s updates for a particular size rather than relying on a previous dated count.

Cutting and preparation
Cut your own or have staff cut the tree. Hand saws are available; bring gloves and boots for wet, muddy or snowy conditions. A shop photo backdrop offers a place for family pictures when the weather is poor.
There is no mechanical shaker. The farm describes compressed-air cleaning and a tree baler, with no baling after dark. Twine is available, and visitors should bring suitable tie-downs. Arrange after-hours visits first and bring lights if coming after sunset.
