Preparation and optional delivery

Shaking, baling, a fresh cut and loading are all included in the tree price. Drop-off delivery is available by phone arrangement; it does not include installation, and installation is not offered.

Christmas trees, wreaths and garland are perishable final-sale items, and tree varieties and prices remain subject to availability. Cash, cards, Cash App and Apple Pay are accepted.

The Christmas store and weekend visit

The Christmas store carries fresh wreaths and garland, with seasonal snow effects and photo settings around the visitor area. Weekend characters and food trucks follow the separately posted events calendar; check the actual date rather than assuming they appear daily.

Outside food is allowed, but outside alcohol is prohibited. Dogs may join you on a leash, with cleanup required. Seating is first-come, first-served, and the farm does not reserve public seating for groups. Drones are prohibited, and public groups may not hold multiple tables or leave party supplies behind.

Casual personal photos are welcome. Professional, paid or pre-arranged photography sessions are prohibited anywhere on the farm, and private red-truck photo sessions are no longer offered.

Nonperishable gift-store purchases may be returned or exchanged within 15 days with a receipt. This does not apply to perishable Christmas trees, wreaths and garland, which are final sale.

Ground conditions and access

Expect flat gravel and dirt areas that can still be uneven. Accessible parking and a restroom are available, with a removable ramp for the store; ask staff for help positioning it. These facilities do not make every outdoor area a paved route.

More experiences in autumn

The separate 10-acre autumn corn maze offers Crime Scene Investigation and Monster Mystery adventures using clue stations and a GPS maze map. The dual ticket discounts the second adventure by half; the children’s Farm Tracks maze is included with every main-maze ticket. The season runs September 10–October 31, with daytime entry and a separate Friday–Saturday night option.

Tickets can be bought online or at the farm, with no reservation required. Online tickets use a selected date and one-hour arrival window. Events run rain or shine, with nonrefundable tickets, no re-entry and no group discount; wear shoes that can get muddy. The remaining October movie nights are cancelled. These autumn admissions and hours are separate from Christmas tree shopping.
