Choose your Christmas tree.

Christmas Trees West offers choose-and-cut trees and pre-cuts by availability. The price sheet compares Noble, Douglas, Grand and Nordmann firs in height bands, so identify the variety and measure the tree before cutting; the team measures after baling.

Noble firs run $30–$106 over the listed 2–8-foot bands; Douglas $24–$67 over 2–8 feet; Grand $30–$65 over 2–6 feet; and Nordmann $30–$89 over 2–7 feet. Growing conditions can affect the available sizes, so choose from the field or check pre-cut availability first.

The farm visit.

Hillside tree hunting

Wear gloves and suitable shoes for rough, muddy farm ground and walking up and down hills. The elevation can bring colder, windier conditions than the valley. Bring something to kneel on, vehicle protection and tie-downs or straps.

Hand saws are supplied or you can bring your own; battery-powered equipment is allowed, but gas chainsaws are prohibited. Cut close to the ground without leaving a high stump. Carry the tree back or bring a cart; ask the team if assistance is needed.

Stay with your tree

Remain with the tree through preparation. A two-part numbered tag records variety, size and price; take the corresponding part inside to pay. Shaking and baling are complimentary.

Yule Tide stands are available, and the team can straighten the trunk base, drill a hole and put a stand on. Payment options include cash, checks and cards.

Tree Top Cottage and greenery

The Tree Top Cottage mixes rustic and vintage décor with complimentary self-serve coffee, cocoa and candy canes. A cozy woodstove and the farm view invite a pause after the search; the farm also encourages visitors to feed the chickens.

Shop round wreaths, hearth arches, table centerpieces, candy canes, crosses, hearts and snowflakes. Cedar garland is offered in 14-foot strands, and large round wreaths can be ordered specially. Products vary rather than matching every photograph exactly.
