Choose your Christmas tree.
C. W. Baggenstos’s current Christmas selection is principally Noble fir, with a smaller Grand fir selection. Both share the same height-price list, from a $45 3-foot tree to $180 for trees 12 feet and taller. Nordmann plantings mentioned for future growth are not promised as current retail stock.
The family continues the farm after Chuck’s death, with the Christmas visit focused on helping visitors choose and bring home a tree. Turn right at the green barn when entering from NW Murphy Road.

The farm visit.
Field transport and tree preparation
Families larger than five can use the wagon for the field journey; smaller groups may use a utility vehicle according to staff arrangements. Shaking is free for trees of all sizes, baling is $3 and staff can help tie the tree to your vehicle.
Use main trails, watch for slippery ground after rain and avoid young seedlings. Dogs must remain leashed, with cleanup required.
| Offer | Condition |
|---|---|
| Shaking | Free, all sizes |
| Baling | $3 |
| Vehicle | Staff tie-on help |
| Family field transport | Wagon for groups larger than 5; smaller groups by staff arrangement |
Wreaths and a warming stop
Robin makes wreaths and centerpieces at the farm. Returning the metal ring from a previous wreath after removing and composting the greens earns 10% off the next wreath purchase.
The warming area provides a place to pause after choosing the tree. Cows may be visited at the barn by request; ask staff rather than entering animal areas on your own.
Opening, weekday visits and photo sessions
The farm opens the day after Thanksgiving, with Friday–Sunday hours of 9:30am–4:30pm. Wednesday and Thursday visits require an appointment.
Bring your own photographer for a separately arranged photo session. Farm access is $75 for the first hour and $25 for each additional hour; contact the farm to arrange the time and conditions.
