Choose your Christmas tree.
The current U-cut page lists Noble firs under four feet at $45 and four–eight feet at $14 per foot. Douglas firs are $40 under four feet, $11 per foot at four–eight feet and $13 per foot above nine feet. Ask how an eight–nine-foot tree or a tree exactly nine feet tall will be priced before cutting.
A freshly harvested tree can also be ordered online for farm pickup or delivery. Pickup orders are staged for your arrival, offering a convenient alternative to choosing and cutting in the plantation.
The current panels mark Noble firs over nine feet and Fraser firs sold out. Grand and Nordmann appear in a broader growing-range caption; ask about available field choices rather than treating that caption as confirmed stock.

The farm visit.
Pause by a warming fire
Stroll through the plantation, visit with friends and pause beside a fire with hot cocoa or cider. The ranch mentions resident wildlife, but sightings are a possibility rather than an arranged animal encounter.
Public walk-in hours run Friday through Sunday. Monday–Thursday visits need an appointment arranged by text, so choose a weekend outing or make the weekday arrangement first.
Pickup and delivery arrangements
Order trees, wreaths and garland through the operator’s online store, or email info@pollard-ranch.com for telephone confirmation of an order. Local delivery is limited to addresses within 20 miles of the ranch; the delivery page describes Thursday deliveries between Thanksgiving and Christmas and typically at least 12 hours’ notice.
Inspect your tree and greenery before accepting delivery, buying or cutting. Perishable trees and greenery cannot be returned after delivery, purchase or U-cut; the operator may offer a refund or substitute at its discretion before acceptance.
