Choose your Christmas tree.
Oak Hill specializes in cutting your own tree, with pre-cut choices available too. Its tree selection stretches from about 4 to 15 feet and includes Douglas, Nordmann, Noble, Grand and Fraser firs, so compare both height and shape before you cut.
The Kutzkey family runs this Yamhill farm as a family outing: choose a tree in the fields, then finish your visit with holiday greenery and a browse through the Christmas store.

Tools and help for the trip home
You supply the cutting effort, and the farm supplies hand saws and tree carts. Staff can square the tree base, net the branches and help secure the tree to your vehicle. You may bring a hand saw of your own; chainsaws of any kind are prohibited in the fields.
| Service | Details |

| Tools | Hand saws, carts and tree carriers supplied |
| Preparation | Base squaring and netting available |
| Vehicle | Help securing the tree to your car |
| Optional delivery | Within 15 miles; minimum $40, final price agreed when ordering |
The Christmas store and food trucks
During cutting season, the store carries wreaths, garland, boughs, ornaments and holiday signs alongside tree-care accessories such as stands, water funnels and preservative. Decorated and custom-made wreaths offer another way to bring home the farm’s greenery.
Food and beverage trucks join the seasonal visit; check the farm’s updates for the particular vendors and dates.
Earlier visits and special events
Regular tree visits run Friday through Sunday. Monday through Thursday visits, including early-season cutting, require an appointment. Book through the farm’s scheduling link or arrange a time by phone. The farm may close before its usual late-December finish if available trees sell out.
Oak Hill also discusses separately arranged outdoor weddings, ceremonies and memorials. These are private events to plan with the family, rather than activities included in buying a tree.
