Noroton Heights Fire Department’s tree sale takes place behind the firehouse near McGuane Field. Its operator description offers balsam and North Carolina Fraser fir from small to tall, along with wreaths, stands and bows. Volunteers help with selection, make a fresh base cut, provide tree food and care instructions and help secure the tree to the vehicle.
Darien delivery is offered for a small extra charge; confirm the fee and arrangements for your address. The department lists cash, check and credit cards. The fundraiser supports the volunteer department, including equipment, training and community work; it is distinct from Noroton Fire Department’s programs.
Finding the sale and checking hours
The operator lists the station at 209 Noroton Avenue, while the earlier November 30 news report places the tree sale behind the firehouse at 200. Use the department’s latest directions to confirm the rear-lot entrance before travelling; these numbers do not establish two separate sale lots.
The usual undated operator schedule starts just after Thanksgiving and ends at sellout: Thursday and Friday 5–8 pm, weekends 10 am–7 pm. The earlier news report instead gave a 6 pm weekend finish. Confirm the current season and closing time before an evening visit. Public sale parking is behind the station.
The open house’s food, demonstrations and fire-truck rides, and the separately booked birthday programme, have their own dates and arrangements. They are not included Christmas-tree-sale activities.
