Find your tree
Choose your Christmas tree.
Nielsen’s sells Fraser fir trees for in-person selection at 1405 Post Road. Choose one to take home, or arrange delivery and Christmas-tree setup with the shop. Those services need a quote and booking; the page does not establish an included delivery area, setup price or current tree-height range.
The outdoor holiday showroom combines trees with decorated wreaths, garlands and ready-designed container pieces. Indoors, the winter showroom adds ornaments and gifts. This is a retail and decorating visit, with the practical advantage of arranging both a tree and coordinated greenery in one place.
Custom holiday work
Design staff make bows, personalize ornaments and create mantel and tablescape designs. The floral department offers its own cut-green centerpieces, boxwood trees, fresh flower arrangements and custom decorated wreaths. Ask about design charges and lead times for your order.
For winter containers, designers first visit the property and discuss your preferred look before preparing a custom planter proposal. The winter collection uses evergreens and branches for November–March. Mention any holiday party or other occasion when arranging the design so its lead time can be planned; no standard service price is posted.
Whole-home holiday decorating and conservatory event hire are separate arranged services. The tree-arrival line gives November 19 without a reliable season year, so use the shop’s latest stock information rather than that date to plan the trip.
Before ordering gifts or plants
The posted general return policy allows card/debit purchases to be returned within 30 days with or without a receipt; returns after 30 days and up to 180 days receive store credit. Cash/check returns need a receipt. Discounted items are final sale, and the shop reserves discretion over returns.
Live plants have a separate 14-day receipt requirement and no later store credit; flowers have a seven-day guarantee. Outdoor living plants and container gardens instead have a separate seven-day return window. Confirm how the shop classifies a cut Christmas tree and any custom decorating order rather than applying a planted-tree guarantee to it.
Arrange delivery or a coordinated design
The shop’s holiday service page explicitly offers tree delivery and setup, while interior and exterior decorating can be planned by consultation. Discuss the chosen tree, transport access, setup, design charges and timing before agreeing an order; no universal service price or included delivery area is published.
For an enquiry, use 203-655-2541 or nielsen@nielsensflorist.com. The separately listed 203-656-2643 number is a fax. The conservatory’s holiday parties and wedding/event florals are separately arranged services, not public attractions included with tree shopping.
