The farm grows Virginia pine and says a tree takes a minimum of five years to reach approximately 6 to 8 feet. The farm offers Fraser fir to select customers. The vacation rental is a separate stay

On the farm the owners run a small rental that is a separate lodging business from the tree visit; it is not part of a tree visit. It sleeps a maximum of two, with a queen bed, a kitchenette with a Keurig, microwave and small refrigerator, a bathroom with a shower, Wi-Fi, a 42 inch smart TV and contactless entry. The loft is reached by stairs, which the farm says is difficult for guests with knee or similar mobility issues. Smoking is prohibited, and pets need the owner’s approval, with dogs over 40 pounds kenneled outside and a maximum of two animals.

A two-night minimum is $147.00 per night, with an $85.00 cleaning fee and a refundable $150.00 deposit due at booking, and the balance due within five days of arrival. Weekends have a two-day minimum. A weekly rental is a four-day minimum for $500.00 plus the cleaning fee, available Monday through Friday and approved by contacting the owner. It is about 15 minutes to downtown Paragould and 10 miles from Crowley’s Ridge State Park.
