The farm visit.

A field walk or weekend wagon

Trees begin about 40ft from the barn, with farther fields for a longer search. Weekend tractors carry passengers in one trailer and harvested trees in another. If you want staff to cut the tree, ask a helper, then return with it to the barn.

Preparation and help loading

Staff shake the tree, square the trunk, drill for a stand if needed and bale it for transport. They offer help taking it to your vehicle and loading. Tree stands and preservative are separate purchases.

Free refreshments in the Christmas barn

The barn’s wood-burning stove provides a warming stop with free hot coffee, cocoa and candy canes. An 8ft Santa-and-sleigh setting offers a family photo stop.

Handmade ornaments, crocheted beanies, wreaths and home decorations are sold in the gift shop. Jenna’s Snack Stop sells additional snacks and beverages separately.
