Choose your Christmas tree.
White Horse Farm offers a field-tree visit in the Blue Ridge foothills. You can use one of the farm’s supplied saws to cut your choice or pick the tree and let staff do the cutting. Check the available varieties and sizes before travelling for a particular tree.
Cart and wagon shuttles are available, while visitors can also explore on foot and use the farm’s trails. The published description does not set out shuttle or handling charges, so confirm the arrangements that matter for your group when planning the visit.
The farm visit.
A fresh wreath from the gift shop
The gift shop makes fresh wreaths and sells handmade gifts. It is a supported part of the tree-farm visit rather than a separate seasonal attraction, so allow a little time to see the greenery after choosing your tree.
Leashed dogs and payment
Dogs are welcome on a leash. Cash, checks and cards are accepted in the farm’s posted grower profile. The listed seasonal hours are Friday–Sunday, 10am–5pm, from Thanksgiving to Christmas; confirm the current opening and selection before travelling.
The gravel-lane approach
The published directions put the farm about 0.3 mile along gravel Redfield Lane on the left. Use 405 Redfield Lane for the approach rather than an unrelated Callaway location.
