Tree season: Confirm seasonal reopening before travel
Choose your Christmas tree.
Olde Church grows Norway spruce, white pine, Scotch pine and red cedar on its Powhatan farm. Borrow a supplied handsaw for a choose-and-cut visit. Blue Ice cypress is described as an upcoming planting, so it should not be counted as a ready-to-cut choice.
The operator’s latest seasonal notice says tree selling has finished and invites visitors back next season. Confirm reopening and the remaining tree sizes before travelling; there is no newly verified selling calendar or field-tree price.

The farm visit.
Wreath-making workshops
Separate $50 wreath classes use pine, cedar, magnolia, holly and boxwood. Arrange the schedule through the farm’s Instagram or Facebook messaging; a tree purchase does not book a class.
Photography arrangements
The posted photography choices are $60 for a single session, $120 for barn/field minis and $160 for tree minis. A vintage vehicle option adds $20. Confirm the session scope and date directly before booking; the farm’s pond and barn photography setting is a separate arrangement from tree shopping.

Before you go
Leashed pets are welcome. The latest Santa Story Time was a separate limited-capacity event rather than an everyday tree-visit inclusion; watch for a newly announced date before promising it as part of the trip.
