Choose your Christmas tree.
J and J Treeland combines public choose-and-cut Christmas trees with a wreath-making operation at Mt. Airy Farm near Farmville. The published field catalog includes white and Scotch pine, Canaan and Douglas fir, and blue and Norway spruce, offering several tree types at one address.
Fresh wreaths are made with boxwood, pine and fir. Compare the greenery and tree selection when arranging the visit; the public tree farm also has a separate wholesale side, so specify a retail choose-and-cut visit when contacting John Young.

Planning a visit to Harris Creek Road
The published season is Thanksgiving weekend through Christmas. Confirm the actual selling days, tree heights, prices and whether cutting or handling help is available before travelling. Use 2182 Harris Creek Road rather than a Farmville town-centre destination.
Current operator updates are linked through Mt. Airy Farm’s public profile. A generic weekday-hours widget does not provide a reliable Christmas timetable.
