Choose your Christmas tree.
This is a one-date preorder pickup at the Lynchburg City Armory, rather than a full-season walk-in tree lot. Order a Fraser fir online by November 6, then collect it Saturday November 14, 8am–4pm, during Handmade for the Holidays. No unreserved walk-up tree supply is promised.
The posted options are a six-foot tree for $78, seven feet for $91 or eight feet for $104. Confirm the order confirmation’s pickup instructions, fees and cancellation terms before paying. The host says a pickup-week email reminder will follow.

The farm visit.
A holiday-market collection
The accompanying event is free and open to all ages, with more than eighty local artisans and makers, food trucks and a free holiday art project. Food and market purchases are separate from the tree order. The $50 vendor fee is not visitor admission or a tree charge.
Free Santa-photo times differ between the city announcement, which lists 10am–4pm, and the event program, which lists 1–4pm. Confirm the Santa session before travelling for photographs. Tree pickup remains 8am–4pm on November 14 only.
Use the Armory venue
The City Armory is above the Community Market at 1200 Church Street. The Parks department’s Grove Street office and the Market’s Main Street address are different destinations; follow the event’s actual pickup instructions.
The published Parks customer-service line can answer event questions. It is not a dedicated Hensley grower number or verified onsite tree-pickup line.
