Choose your Christmas tree.
Caritas offers choose-and-cut Canaan, Fraser and concolor fir and white pine on its Augusta County farm. Trees up to 8 feet start at $100; selected larger trees cost extra. Collect a saw before heading into the fields, and check the available sizes if your room calls for a taller tree.
The farm is a nonprofit venture supporting community programmes for people with differing abilities. That purpose explains the purchase’s support, while access to specific fields or facilities should be discussed directly rather than assumed from the mission.

The barn and warm refreshments
The barn carries handmade mixed-green wreaths, swags and bows. Tree stands and watering funnels are also sold. Complimentary cider, cocoa and holiday treats give visitors a warm stop alongside the tree selection.
A short seasonal calendar
The announced selling dates are November 27–29 and December 5–6 only. Black Friday runs 9am–5pm, Saturdays 10am–5pm and Sundays noon–5pm. Plan around these selected dates rather than assuming every December weekend is open.
Tools and payment
Handsaws are supplied and staff can help with cutting; chainsaws and other powered saws are prohibited. The farm accepts cash, checks, Apple Pay, Google Pay and major credit cards. PayPal and Venmo are not accepted.
Dogs are welcome on a leash; clean up after your pet.
