Choose your Christmas tree.
Bees & Trees has announced a shipment of 75 Grade A Fraser firs from Southwest Virginia, with 50 trees in the 7–8-foot band and 25 in the 8–9-foot band. Sales begin November 27. These are precut trees; the farm also says a handful of trees remain in its fields, with very limited quantities and pre-tagging arranged through the Farm Store.
If field cutting is important, speak with the Farm Store about reserving one of those remaining trees before planning a cutting outing. Do not assume an ordinary walk-in field selection or that imported Fraser firs grew in these fields.

Thanksgiving Saturday with the Newfoundlands
The announced November 28 event runs 10am–4pm. Cart-trained Newfoundlands from the Colonial Newfoundland Club help haul trees from the stands to cars, and visitors can meet the dogs even without buying a tree. A fire pit, s’mores packets for purchase, local vendors and food are part of that event rather than guaranteed every selling day.
The Farm Store
Sarah’s caramel apple cider, pantry goods and gifts provide a separate browsing stop. The operator distinguishes a complimentary cider taste from take-home purchases. Friday-night pizza, music, games and cider activities run before Thanksgiving and should not be treated as an ongoing December tree-day programme.
The homepage also announces Friday opening from 10am–8pm through the Christmas holidays. That longer store-opening window is separate from the 5–8pm Friday food and entertainment programme before Thanksgiving; it does not extend those autumn activities into December.
The contact page’s ordinary Farm Store hours are Wednesday–Sunday 10am–4pm. The newer Friday announcement extends Friday opening to 10am–8pm through the Christmas holidays; confirm tree availability within the relevant store day. The farm also keeps goats, miniature donkeys and chickens, without promising a supervised feeding session on every tree-selling day.
A separately booked farm stay
The Garden View Suite is a private farm stay with a queen bed, private bathroom, dedicated parking and its own entrance and porch. The posted rate is $172 per night with a two-night minimum, booked separately through Airbnb. A private hot tub and a weather-dependent saltwater pool belong to that stay; buying a tree does not include access.
The stay cannot accommodate pets or children who can crawl or walk because the suite is beside the pool; infants are welcome. During the stay, guests receive 10% off Farm Store purchases except ABC products. Confirm availability and the final booking charges through the accommodation listing.
