Choose your Christmas tree.
Almost Heavenly’s Virginia lot is the North Ridge Community Tree Sale at 2911 Cameron Mills Road in Alexandria, separate from its Washington, DC locations. Precut trees, wreaths, garland, stands and decorations can be selected in person or ordered for pickup. The online catalogue lists Fraser fir from 1–3 feet through 14–15 feet and balsam fir from 4–5 feet through 11–12 feet, with a different price for each selected height. Catalogue choices are not a guarantee that every size is present at this lot.
Bring the room measurement and allow for the stand and tree topper. Measuring sticks at the lot help relate a tree to an 8-foot ceiling, and visitors with a stand collar should bring the stand to check trunk fit. Staff can adjust excess trunk or a long tip and help load a selected tree.

Delivery and setup
For delivery, enter the ZIP code and choose an offered time slot in the cart; fees depend on the order and appear at checkout. The truck carries extra trees so customers can choose among suitable options at delivery. A fresh stump cut is made, and the tree needs water within an hour; arrange a temporary outside water container if necessary.
In-home setup is a paid optional service, fitting the tree into your own stand or a purchased one and positioning it indoors. Removal is separately added and appointment-confirmed; it includes detaching your stand for storage and complete disposal of the tree. The operator may cancel and refund a removal booking if the tree is not removed by January 15, 2027. Before collection, remove all decorations, empty the water from the stand and provide any access instructions when arranging the appointment.
If the delivery truck’s choices do not suit, the operator says it will return on another run with additional options guided by your feedback. You may also visit a physical lot after ordering online to select the actual tree, then arrange delivery or loading.

Choose the actual catalogue height
Both product pages state that tax is included in these tree prices. The lowest displayed amount buys the smallest selected size, not a full-height tree of any size. Delivery charges are calculated from the cart at checkout, and in-home setup and removal must be added separately. Select the actual height, pickup location and date, or eligible delivery ZIP code and time slot, before comparing the order total.
Fraser is described as blue-green to silvery-green with a familiar evergreen scent, while balsam has darker green foliage and a spicy fragrance. The final shape, trunk diameter and branch spacing still vary from tree to tree; note your preferences and stand requirements in the order instructions.
