The farm’s own pages do not say how cutting works: whether saws are supplied, whether staff will cut a tree, or whether trees are shaken, baled or loaded. They give no heights beyond the price ranges either, so ask when you arrive.

Choose-and-cut trees and Fraser fir
The farm describes itself as family owned and operated, with 47 years of cultivating Christmas trees and 42 years of sharing the tradition. Its variety page lists Virginia Pine, Thuja Green Giant, White Pine, Blue Ice, Leyland Cypress, Red Cedar and Carolina Sapphire as trees grown on the farm, and Fraser fir fresh from North Carolina.
The farm’s pages do not describe how cutting works, so ask on arrival whether saws are supplied, whether staff will cut for you, and whether trees are shaken, baled or loaded for you and at what cost.

Tree prices by size range
The farm publishes prices by kind of tree and size range. The farm does not state a unit or how a price is set within a range, so confirm the price of the tree you choose before it is cut.
Fraser fir is fresh cut and comes from North Carolina; it is separate from the farm-grown trees. Carolina Sapphire, Blue Ice and Thuja Green Giant are listed as varieties without a price line, so ask which price applies.

Opening day, Blessing of the Trees and hours
The farm opens on the Sunday before Thanksgiving at 1pm, which is November 22 this year, with a Blessing of the Trees at 2pm followed by special guests Santa and Mrs. Claus at 3pm. The farm does not mention a charge for the event.
The farm’s home page lists Saturday 10am to 5:30pm and Sunday 1pm to 5:30pm, as does a state agriculture directory entry. For Monday to Thursday the home page prints 3:30am to 5:30pm, apparently a typing error, where the directory entry lists 1pm to 5:30pm; for Friday the home page lists 10am to 5:30pm and the directory entry 1pm to 5:30pm, except Black Friday at 10am. Confirm weekday opening times with the farm. A closing date, Thanksgiving Day hours and a weather rule are not published.

Little t-Train ride, refreshments and facilities
The farm’s wreath page invites visitors to hop on the Little t-Train ride while they are there, and mentions complimentary refreshments without naming them. A state agriculture directory entry lists the train rides as weekends only; the farm itself gives no times or fee for the train.
The same state directory entry lists restrooms, a picnic area and parking for 20 cars, and says the farm is not handicap accessible. The farm’s own pages do not describe parking, restrooms or accessibility.
The Red Wreath Shed: wreaths, garland and ornaments
The farm makes custom handmade wreaths on site in the Red Wreath Shed, along with hand-designed garlands, window and mantle sprays and decorative greenery. Handmade ornaments, which the farm calls unbreakable, are displayed in the shed.
To place a wreath or garland order, call ahead at 803-767-5324. Wreath, garland and ornament prices are not published; confirm at the farm.
Caring for your tree
The farm’s tree-care page advises a fresh cut of about half an inch off the trunk, a stand that holds at least a gallon of clean water, watering right away and at least daily, and keeping the tree away from heat and sunlight. It says drilling a hole in the base does not improve water uptake and that additives are of little value.
For lights, it suggests checking them, using low-heat lights, not overloading circuits and turning them off when you leave or sleep.
