Moscarillo’s West Hartford shop offers fresh-cut Fraser fir through petite tabletop spruce, alongside a separate artificial-tree range. Staff make a fresh cut before take-home. Check whether a tabletop tree is living and potted or cut before choosing one for planting after Christmas.
The previously posted online Fraser-fir product lets staff select a tree by size for delivery, with five price tiers from $130 to $295. The reviewed ten-to-twelve-foot choice was marked out of stock; confirm the live choice and delivery offer before ordering. Optional setup into your stand adds $75; ask about the separate delivery charge.

The Christmas Shoppe
The Christmas Shoppe brings together ornaments and lighting with fresh balsam, noble-fir, pine and cedar greens by the bunch, garland and roping for wreaths, centerpieces or mantels. The Bow Boutique offers ribbons and help creating a custom bow for a tree, wreath or gift.
Poinsettias, amaryllis bulbs, paperwhites and Christmas cactus sit alongside pottery, candles and other gifts. The separately booked seasonal workshops offer floral centrepieces or help decorating a premade wreath.
Choose the West Hartford branch
Use 2600 Albany Avenue and the West Hartford retail number. Torrington is a separate shop with its own contact. The generic plant-delivery policy is not a promise of Christmas-tree service; use the actual tree product and confirm current arrangements.
Delivery, tax and returns
The posted online help page states that Christmas trees and wreaths are subject to sales tax. Its general plant-delivery schedule covers Hartford County Monday–Saturday, Litchfield County Tuesday/Friday/Saturday and Middlesex County Thursday/Saturday; it names Hartford, Litchfield, Middlesex and Tolland as its Connecticut shipping counties. Ask which dates, address coverage and charge apply to the actual Christmas-tree product rather than assuming every general plant route serves trees.
The general return policy requires live material within seven business days in original condition, excludes sale items and makes delivery charges nonrefundable. Returns go to a retail shop, with an additional charge possible for collection. Confirm whether and how that policy applies to a cut Christmas tree before buying. Changes or cancellations require contacting customer service; the help page says sold-out items cannot currently be preordered.
Seasonal floral and wreath workshops
The current event programme lists Thanksgiving centrepiece design on November 22 and Christmas centrepiece design on December 20, both at 10am. Kathi leads the hands-on sessions; a vase, fresh flowers and instruction are included. Each ticket is $85 plus $5.52 tax, totaling $90.52.
Wreath decorating is advertised November 28 at 10am for about an hour, using a premade wreath and bow-making tips. The $45 voucher is credited toward the personalised wreath’s final total, which depends on its size and chosen accents. Confirm the final cost before choosing decorations.
