Find your tree
Choose your Christmas tree.
Moscarillo’s published holiday guide describes fresh-cut Fraser firs and tabletop spruce, with a fresh base cut before you leave. Artificial trees are a separate product range. The guide covers both company branches, so confirm the Torrington shop’s current natural-tree sizes and stock rather than assuming every product is duplicated.
The shared online shop’s previous tree offer ranges from $130–$295 and lists optional setup at $75, but its size enquiries go to West Hartford. Ask the Torrington branch for its own price, stock and fulfillment quote before ordering.
Greens, bows and the Christmas Shoppe
The Torrington shop’s general hours are Monday–Friday 9am–5:30pm, Saturday 9am–5pm and Sunday 9am–4pm; confirm holiday changes. The holiday guide offers loose balsam, noble fir, pine and cedar greens for wreaths, centerpieces and mantels, plus garland and roping. The Bow Boutique helps with custom ribbon bows, while the Christmas Shoppe carries lights, ornaments, pottery, candles and décor.
Seasonal plants include poinsettias, amaryllis, paperwhites and Christmas cactus. Hands-on wreath and centerpiece workshops have separate dates, fees and registration. Ask which are offered at Torrington; nursery workshops or West Hartford delivery options are not automatic tree-purchase inclusions.
The current events page announces Letters to Santa for November 18 at both Torrington and West Hartford, with no signup needed; it says Santa will send a letter back by mail. Ask the Torrington shop at 860-496-2357 about collection arrangements. The listed wreath and holiday-centerpiece workshops are at West Hartford, so do not plan those as activities at this branch.
Check purchase and return conditions
The shared online shop charges sales tax on living or cut Christmas trees and wreaths. Its posted return policy allows live material within seven business days and non-live material within 30 days, in original condition; sale items are excluded. Ask the shop how it classifies your chosen cut tree, fresh greenery or custom item before relying on a return window.
Online returns must be made at one of the company’s retail locations. Delivery charges are not refundable, and collecting a return can incur an additional delivery fee. Refunds follow the original payment method; gift-card purchases are reissued as gift cards. These are general online-order conditions, not a guarantee of Torrington delivery or a particular tree’s return eligibility.
The online help page directs order changes and cancellations to the West Hartford delivery department at 860-236-5487. Sold-out products cannot be preordered. Its delivery schedule concerns plant orders, so confirm whether the chosen Christmas-tree product, address and date qualify rather than treating the general county schedule as a Torrington tree-delivery promise.

A physical gift card for another visit
Moscarillo’s advertises physical gift cards mailed to the recipient and valid at all its locations, with arrival intended for the selected delivery date. The listed choices are $50, $75, $100, $150, $175 and $200. Its accompanying text also says $50 increments, so confirm the desired denomination when ordering.
The order form asks for a personalized message and a Delivery/Pickup Date. Confirm the requested arrival when arranging the gift; the published offer is a mailed card rather than an instant electronic gift.
