Troop 274’s tree and wreath fundraiser is held at J. Foster’s Ice Cream on Route 44 in Avon. The latest charter-church flyer lists Silver and Premium balsam trees from 6 to 9 feet, Fraser fir from 7 to 9 feet and a limited number of 10–12-foot Fraser trees. Wreath sizes are 16 and 20 inches, measured by ring diameter.
The sale supports the Scouts’ summer high-adventure trips. It begins on Thanksgiving Friday, continues Thanksgiving weekend and then Thursday–Sunday in December while inventory lasts, under the previously published arrangement. Confirm this season’s opening, selection and prices before travelling.

Lot hours and off-hour arrangements
Previously published hours are Thursday 4pm–7pm, Friday 3pm–8pm and Saturday/Sunday 10am–7pm. Those are the tree fundraiser’s hours, separate from the host ice-cream shop.
For a tree or wreath outside those hours, the troop’s flyer gives scoutmaster@avontroop274.org to arrange for someone to meet you. The host shop’s phone is not supplied as a tree-sale contact.
