Public sale
Browse on the announced dates: November 28 noon–4 pm, November 29 11 am–4 pm, December 5 9 am–4 pm or December 6 11 am–4 pm.
Ambler Farm’s announced tree-and-wreath preorder runs November 1–15, opening at 8 am Eastern on November 1. Preorder customers collect on November 28, 9 am–noon, with time to choose before public sales begin. All orders are pickup only at the farm; choose the preorder or public-sale window that fits your visit.
The current shop lists Fraser firs from $90 and balsam trees from $65. Decorated wreaths start at $60 and undecorated wreaths at $45, with 22-, 26- and 36-inch choices. Those are starting prices, not a price for every size; confirm the selected product, tax and stock when ordering.
For a sense of the earlier range, the older ClickBid catalog listed 5–6-foot Fraser firs at $85 and 7–8-foot trees at $135, with further Fraser products through 12 feet, balsam and wreaths. Those historical sizes and rates do not establish this season’s available heights. The earlier greens-donation program supported neighbors in need; check the current arrangements if you want to contribute.

Ordering and enjoying the sale
Preorder pickup and public shopping are separate windows. The announced general sales run November 28 noon–4 pm, November 29 11 am–4 pm, December 5 9 am–4 pm and December 6 11 am–4 pm. Do not arrive during the earlier collection period expecting ordinary public browsing.
The current sale announcement offers hot cider, sweet treats and a fire, plus Ambler Shop gifts and syrup. Confirm refreshment prices on arrival. Farm animals and education programs have their own schedules. For sale questions, contact Andrea Bates at andrea@amblerfarm.org. The visitor address is 257 Hurlbutt Street; the post-office box is mailing only.
Parking and a farm stroll
Use the gravel parking area opposite the white Carriage Barn. Larger events can use overflow north of the Red Barn; accessible parking is on the paved area beside the Carriage Barn. Do not park on Hurlbutt Street or surrounding streets. General dawn-to-dusk grounds access does not extend the greens sale’s staffed shopping hours.
Keep dogs leashed and pack out their waste. Dogs are excluded from buildings, the farm stand, sugar shack, transplant-sale area, fenced gardens and the animal education area. Do not feed or pet farm animals or enter pens. Some areas close for programs, and restrooms may not be open.
Supervise children and keep them off farm equipment, trees and stone walls. Stay out of fenced work areas and the private Yellow House yard, and leave benches and other items in place. Drones and remote-controlled vehicles are prohibited; carry out your rubbish. Smoking and vaping are prohibited during farm events and in buildings, gardens, educational areas and near animals. Groups of ten or more should check rental guidelines; scheduled programs take priority over public picnic areas.
Arrange a professional photo visit separately
Professional portrait sessions require advance permission from Executive Director Ashley Kineon and confirmation that the space is available. Photography is dawn–dusk only, with designated parking and no blocked one-way drive, moved benches, roped-off areas or entry into gardens and pens. The greens sale does not include a photographer or reserved portrait space.
Commercial productions involving props, lighting, multiple costumes or video have separate terms, restrictions and quoted fees. There are no changing areas or electrical power, and restrooms may be closed. Farm events can make areas unavailable, and the farm may refuse admission or change its policy. Request the arrangements before planning a shoot.
