Compare cut firs
Published guides across earlier seasons describe seven tree choices, including Concolor fir and naturally shaped forest Douglas cuts. Ask which varieties and sizes are in the renewed selection.
A living alternative
Outdoor potted trees need a short indoor stay and gradual return outside. Norfolk Island pine is a separate tropical houseplant for keeping indoors.
Holiday plants and gifts
Flower Bin-grown poinsettias, greenery and ornaments accompany the tree selection. Complimentary plant/gift wrapping and separately arranged delivery can help finish a purchase.
The Flower Bin’s published guides across earlier seasons describe Balsam, Canaan, Douglas, Fraser, Noble, Nordmann and Concolor firs; renewed availability varies. Douglas choices have included naturally grown forest cuts with a more open outline; Fraser and Nordmann give room between branches for ornaments, and Noble has upward-facing blue-green needles. Use those differences as a starting point, then compare the actual seasonal selection.
Staff offers a fresh base cut when you buy a tree. The garden center has also described bundling a tree when it fits the machine, which can make carrying it into the house easier. Measure your ceiling and stand before choosing so both the height and trunk work at home.

Living trees, greenery and poinsettias
Living potted spruce and pine choices can become landscape trees after a short indoor Christmas stay. The Flower Bin recommends limiting that warm indoor period to about five days and gradually acclimating the tree outdoors again. Ask about the mature size and planting site before choosing a living tree.
A Norfolk Island pine is a separate indoor-houseplant alternative, with sizes from under a foot to more than five feet in the published guide. It needs bright indirect light, steady watering and humidity rather than treatment as an outdoor Colorado conifer.
Wreaths, garland, centerpieces, ornaments and gifts complement the trees. The garden center grows its standard-sized poinsettias itself, offers complimentary foil-and-bow plant wrapping at checkout and has described protective bagging for a cold journey home.

A holiday open-house tradition
The latest published Christmas Begins open house ran November 28–30, with holiday shopping, cookies and apple cider, live music and Santa visits. It is a seasonal programme to check for renewal, rather than an everyday tree-lot promise.
The published Saturday and Sunday schedule paired Shelby Roberts on concert grand harp from 11am–1pm with Jeffery Rogers on hammered dulcimer from 1:30pm–3:30pm. Santa was scheduled 11am–2pm on both days, with families invited to bring a camera.

Gift wrapping, delivery and another shopping visit
The Gift House broadens the stop beyond greenery, with winter hats, wind chimes, baskets, kitchen towels and aprons, greeting cards, garden decor and other changing seasonal gifts. Ask at checkout for its complimentary gift-wrapping service. The Front End can also dress a plant in foil with a bow at no additional charge.
For a gardener choosing a potted gift, the greenhouse potting bench can repot a plant purchase into a new container or a favorite pot you bring, without an extra service charge. Ask the checkout team about the arrangement. Delivery for orders, heavy items and bulk materials is separately arranged by phone or at the register across the Longmont and Boulder County area; confirm the item, destination, cost and schedule rather than assuming cut-tree setup is included.
Gift cards and the rewards coupon
Gift cards can be arranged at the store, by phone with a credit card or through the website. The Front End describes mailing one to a recipient or holding it at the store for collection, useful when the gift is a future gardening visit rather than a particular plant.
A rewards account earns one point for each dollar spent. At 500 points the store prints a $25 coupon, valid for 30 days and used on a later trip. Keep the actual coupon and bring it back for redemption; reaching the threshold does not automatically take $25 off the purchase you are making.
| Earning | Coupon | Redemption |
|---|---|---|
| 1 point per dollar; 500-point threshold | $25 printed coupon | Bring it on a later trip within its 30-day validity |
