Neely Farms’ choose-and-cut trees, grown on the farm, are Virginia pine and Leyland cypress, priced from $25 depending on size. Depending on availability the farm also offers fresh-cut firs, from $80; it does not say which fir or where it comes from. Its services page also describes Murray cypress and Fraser fir, but it does not list Murray cypress among the trees it grows, so ask what is in the field.
The farm publishes no tree heights, per-height prices or maximum price, and states that every tree carries a price tag: no tag, no sale. It says cutting the tree with your family is a classic tradition, and does not say whether saws are provided or may be brought.
