The field varieties are Fraser and Balsam fir. Precuts add White pine and Concolor fir, with other grades individually priced. The posted retail price list provides height bands for Fraser and Balsam, plus a Scotch-or-White-pine price category; ask which of those pine types is actually available. The broader species page describes growing-business heights rather than guaranteeing those sizes at retail.
Saws are supplied. The farm offers shaking, drilling and baling, and staff can help get the tree to your vehicle. Confirm the whole-tree total, how the posted height-band amounts are applied and any handling or tax charges before choosing.

Cocoa, greens and selling hours
Hot cocoa is free, cookies are available to buy, and wreaths are sold alongside the trees. Dogs are welcome on a leash. The retail address is W6717 County Road P; a separate wholesale address should not be used for this visit.
The posted selling window is November 28–December 14. Friday and Saturday hours are 9am–4pm, while Sundays start at noon. Scotch or White pine is listed at $38.50 for 6–7 feet and $49.50 for 7–8 feet, with other grades individually priced.
