Find the current lot

The latest detailed sale newsletter places the public tree lot at the Webster and Grand street corner, replacing the older fenced playground location. Use the church’s 131 North Webster Street address as the arrival reference, then look for the seasonal sale area.

A community fundraiser

Volunteers run the tree lot, with delivered trees from a Merrill supplier. The sale supports the church’s fundraising work and welcomes public customers; it is a retail tree stop rather than a choose-and-cut field visit.

The newsletter’s heated sales trailer is a staff arrangement and does not establish indoor tree shopping. Ask about cutting, netting and vehicle help when checking the current sale details.

Check the tree calendar separately

The latest detailed announcement gives a November 21 opening, but its source season is not a new upcoming calendar. Confirm the latest opening and sale hours with the church office. Office opening hours are not the tree lot’s selling hours.

Breakfast with Santa is a separate ticketed church event. Its previous published programme combined a pancake breakfast with eggs, ham, milk, apple juice and hot cocoa, plus crafts, photographs and children’s activities. It is not included with buying a Christmas tree, and a new event announcement is needed before booking or planning around it.

Previous Breakfast with Santa programme

The prior newsletter advertised November 29 breakfast from 8–11 a.m., with Santa present 8:30–10:30 a.m. The menu and ticket examples below describe that previous event; they do not announce a new date or current ticket price. Check the church’s current programme separately from the tree-lot calendar.
