A self-service precut sale
The advertised selection is precut Canaan and Fraser Christmas trees displayed in the yard. Wreaths, candy-cane greenery and cross-shaped greens are also offered. Customers are asked to load and secure their own tree; do not expect a staffed cutting or tie-down service.
The earlier payment instructions set tree and wreath prices in $5 increments and ask for correct cash or a check payable to Barb Packard, placed in the drop box by the house. The later sale notice still advertises a self-service drop box but gives no individual tree-price range; confirm the price of the selected tree before collecting it.
Use the Haney Hill Road address
The sale is at 5838 Haney Hill Road, about three-quarters of a mile north of Crandon School. The posted daily hours are 9am–7pm. Check the actual seasonal opening and available trees before making a special journey.
