Choose your Christmas tree.
Northwoods’ Cottage Grove branch sells pre-cut trees at Warm Belly Farm’s garden center during Holiday in the Hoops events. This is a separate branch from the self-service Sun Prairie lot. The operator’s Wisconsin-grown selection includes Fraser and Balsam fir and White pine; ask what sizes have reached this location before traveling for a particular tree.
Trees can also be ordered through the operator’s online shop. Listed online ranges are $89–$149 for Balsam, $99–$199 for Fraser and $79–$99 for White pine; compare the selected product and size rather than treating these as a fixed price for every tree on the physical lot. Handmade holiday wreaths are listed online at $35.95–$49.95.

The farm visit.
Delivery, setup and later removal
Northwoods offers a separate delivery program for Madison, Sun Prairie, Cottage Grove, Monona, selected Fitchburg zones and surrounding neighborhoods. Enter the destination address during checkout to confirm service availability. Delivery is scheduled within December 1–5, with a team member arranging the time.
Optional setup brings the tree inside, places it in your stand or one bought from the operator, makes it straight and secure, and vacuums the area. Decorating is not included. Removal windows are December 29–30 or January 5–6; all ornaments must be off before pickup.

The season starts November 21 and runs to December 24 or until trees sell out. At Warm Belly, Friday evenings and weekends are the advertised tree-shopping times. Host-farm activities and event admission are separate from buying a tree; confirm any event you plan to combine with the shopping stop.
