MeadowBrook distinguishes trees still in their wrapping from trees the staff have opened and prepared. Its wrapped-tree promotion runs November 20–December 1 while supplies last; after staff open a tree, handling and trimming charges apply. Compare the actual tree, preparation and marked total instead of assuming the lower wrapped price covers a fully displayed tree.
The published Fraser examples run $50–$98 while wrapped and $55–$149 once opened. Wrapped Balsam examples are six to eight feet and $50–$95. The page advertises no Fraser trees over eight feet for this offering.
Selection and preparation
The farm trims display trees to their intended finished shape and keeps them upright in water-accessible tube stands. When you choose one, staff help bring it to the vehicle, making a fresh trunk cut and netting it along the way. Check the preparation charge against the tree’s marked price.
Wreaths and the Christmas outing
Fresh wreaths are handmade onsite, from 16 inches to six feet, with mixed-green and made-to-order options. Complimentary hot chocolate and popcorn and a free animal-park petting area are specifically advertised on the Christmas page.
The farm also runs fall activities and group services, whose separate calendars and fees should not be assumed part of tree shopping. Confirm current tree-selling hours directly before setting out.
