Choose your Christmas tree.
Jensen offers both a field-cutting outing and pre-cut trees for a quicker visit. Borrow a hand saw and measuring stick, and use the six-foot minimum when planning your choice. Do not cut a tree shorter than six feet without first discussing it with the farm; smaller trees are being saved for future seasons.
Field prices are per foot plus tax: Fraser fir $17, Balsam and Canaan fir $15, spruce $13 and pine $11. The minimum price starts at a six-foot tree. Discounted and smaller-tree exceptions must be discussed rather than assumed.

The farm visit.
Help from the field to your vehicle
Staff can assist throughout the process, including bringing an extra-large tree back from the field. Trimming, shaking, baling and attaching the tree to your vehicle are free, with twine or rope supplied.
Weekday mornings are the farm’s suggested quieter time. Indoor and outdoor payment options are available, and the family invites visitors to ask about special accommodations. Dogs should stay on a leash; a limited supply of complimentary cookies is available on request.
Handmade holiday decorations
The barn gift shop carries locally made holiday decorations. Cedar garland is $2.50 per foot plus tax. Wreath sizes run from 12 to 36 inches, with the 36-inch size made to order.
