Visit the lot
The seasonal lot is at Ope! Brewing on West National Avenue, opening Black Friday. Shop Thursday and Friday 4–8 p.m. or Saturday and Sunday 10 a.m.–6 p.m. Leashed dogs are welcome.
You can choose a tree at the lot, browse wreaths and locally made gifts, and buy a warm drink or beer from the brewery. The outdoor market advertises locally made prints, candles, bags, incense and other goods; drinks and gifts are separate purchases. Online pickup is free, with the selected tree tagged and held for collection.
Delivery and what it includes
Delivery is charged per order, not per tree. Zone A is $10 and Zone B is $20, with the exact fee calculated from the delivery ZIP code at checkout. The zones reach beyond Milwaukee County, so use the location groups below as a starting point and the checkout result for the actual address. Out-of-zone customers can choose pickup or ask about an arrangement.
The tree gets a fresh base cut on delivery day and arrives netted at the front door or garage. Delivery does not include carrying it inside or setting it up. Choose a three-hour weekday window between November 30 and December 11; slots are limited. You do not need to be home, and special drop-off instructions can go in the order notes.

Changes, tree care and larger orders
Email at least 48 hours before a delivery window to request a change, subject to an open slot. If the tree is unsuitable, notify the seller at delivery or within 24 hours for the stated swap arrangement. January removal and recycling is an optional paid service, not automatic.
Bulk or business orders are handled by email. For ordinary questions, use clark@griswoldtrees.com. Get the fresh-cut trunk into water promptly and keep the stand from running dry.
