The farm visit.
Tree shopping on Green Bluff
The Mead farm is planted with rows of evergreens. A supplied saw lets you harvest a field tree, and staff shake and wrap it for the journey home. The pre-cut offer provides an alternative to harvesting. Hot cocoa, holiday music and décor browsing form part of the described atmosphere.
Historic trucks and professional sessions
The farm’s vintage trucks include the Chevy flatbed Annabelle, blue truck Willard and red truck Annie. Their distinctive shapes and colours form part of the Christmas setting.
Professional photography has separate indoor and outdoor pass arrangements. Pass holders must have an active business licence and liability insurance; members book through a private scheduler. That booking is separate from ordinary tree shopping.
VIP opening day
The November 22, VIP tree-opening event offered first access to the tree selection, staff help, holiday refreshments and entertainment. Its ticket price was credited toward the chosen tree, which started at $125; it was a tree-shopping deposit benefit rather than an extra $50 on top of the tree.
| Date | Ticket and tree credit |
|---|---|
| November 22 | $50 VIP ticket, applied to a tree starting at $125 |
Story time with Santa
Children heard a Christmas story, played a holiday game, chose a toy, received a reindeer trading card and candy cane, and took home a farm gift before sitting with Santa. These were separately booked events rather than complimentary tree-shopping activities.
A child ticket was $13; babies under one were free. Up to two parents or grandparents were included, with a $5 Gift Shop donation for each additional adult and capacity limits in the barn. Tickets were nontransferable and nonrefundable. Professional photos were prepaid separately; phone or other camera photos needed prior authorization and a fee.

PJ’s and Pancakes with Santa
Pancakes and toppings, children’s holiday crafts and a visit with Santa made up this separately booked breakfast event. Cocoa was complimentary within the event; juice cost extra. Adult coffee, cider and pastries were purchases. Professional Santa photos had to be prepaid separately, and personal camera use required prior authorization and a fee.

Cozy-barn Santa visits and the pet event
The barn visits offered several minutes with Santa, a chance to deliver a wish list and a setting beside the red truck Annie. The ordinary family event required pictures to be purchased from the onsite photographer; personal cameras needed prior authorization and a fee. The separate pet-focused event allowed visitors to bring their own camera.
The posted price was $15 per family. Registration was suggested, with priority over walk-ins; check in at the Gift Shop. Bookings were nontransferable and nonrefundable.

Wreath-making workshops
The announced private and public classes lasted about two hours and cost $199 per participant, including the greenery and decorative materials. An instructor guided each participant through a finished wreath. The public sessions were marked fully booked, so these workshops are distinct from greenery purchased during a tree-shopping visit.
