Choose your Christmas tree.
The field selection includes Douglas, Fraser, Concolor and Canaan fir, plus Blue spruce. Fresh pre-cut Fraser and Concolor fir stand beside the barn, with prices marked on their white tags. Painted trees offer a different Christmas centerpiece in white, pink, magenta, blue or purple; the farm uses special non-toxic tree paint.
Balled-and-burlapped trees are another option, with published dug-tree sizes from 3½–7ft. Confirm digging with Keith before your visit. The farm does not guarantee trees dug during the Christmas season. For 5–7ft trees, it recommends only Fraser or Canaan fir because of the root-ball size.

The farm visit.
Tag your tree before selling begins
Self-service tagging starts October 3 and continues daily during daylight hours. Tags, instructions, prices and a farm map are to the left of the barn. Choose your tree early and pay when you collect it during selling hours. When browsing the field, leave trees already wearing another customer’s tag in place.
From field to shaker to barn
Pick up a saw, tree cart and measuring pole at the field entrance beyond the pre-cut display. You can cut your own tree or ask a worker to help. Bring it to the shaker area for a fresh bottom trim, shaking, drilling or wrapping as needed; these services and staff cutting carry no extra charge. The crew measures and prices the tree, and you pay inside the barn.
Wreaths, handmade swags and family photographs
The barn shop has locally made wreaths, swags handmade at the farm, roping, crafts, ornaments, bows, stands and tree bags. Loose greens are offered for a donation supporting the local fire company. There are also an antique tractor, truck and sleigh for family photographs. Ordinary snapshots are welcome; professional photographers need to sign up separately through the farm’s photography page.
Parking, footing and payment
The visitor approach is from Russell Road, with the main grass parking area beside the barn and paved parking in front. Take care on the natural field terrain: tree stumps and holes from dug trees can make the ground uneven. Keep vehicles in the designated parking and driving areas.
Bring your own handsaw if you prefer, or use a provided saw. Customer chainsaws and alcohol are not allowed. Cash, local checks, Visa, Mastercard and Discover are accepted.
