Choose your Christmas tree.
Wintergreen prices its choose-and-cut trees by family: pines are $65 with very limited supply, spruces $85 and firs $95. Staff can guide you toward the appropriate trees and help cut if you are physically unable to do it.
A sharp saw is supplied. After cutting, the farm wraps the tree in protective netting and helps secure it to your vehicle. Stand-spike drilling is available at Lot 1; the separate lot descriptions do not establish additional retail branches.

Lot and payment arrangements
The Christmas visitor address is Winchell Road. The farm’s Allyn Road address belongs to blueberry visiting and is not substituted for the Christmas entrance.
Credit cards are accepted at Lot 1 only with a 3% fee; the other lots are cash only. Coffee, tea, cocoa and donuts are sold separately and require cash. Handmade wreaths and greens are also available with varying prices.

A daylight tree search
The season begins the day after Thanksgiving and the posted final date is December 21. Black Friday and weekends open at 9am; ordinary weekdays begin at noon. Selling ends at nightfall, so leave time for selection and preparation before darkness.
