Choose your Christmas tree.

Timbuk offers both pre-cut and cut-your-own trees across six published varieties. Canaan fir has the broadest posted size range at 5–12 feet, while white pine runs 5–10 feet and Concolor fir 6–10 feet. Blue spruce, Douglas fir and white spruce are listed at 6–9 feet.

The tree page gives an indicative $20–$85-and-up price range without assigning a rate to each species and height. Use the individual tree’s price when selecting. Shaking, baling, evergreen roping and trees over 10 feet are also listed by the association.

Choose a species and size

Timbuk’s Canaan fir is a farm specialty, with firm branches and short soft needles. Its white pine has long soft needles and flexible branches, while white spruce offers a fuller shape with firmer, sharper needles. The farm describes Concolor’s aroma and Douglas fir’s classic form as further choices.

The Christmas lodge and farm outing

The Christmas visit extends beyond selecting a tree: warm up with hot chocolate by the lodge fireplace, browse the holiday gift shop, ride the Magic Bus or climb the giant hay stack. The seasonal offerings also include poinsettias and garden-center gift certificates.

Santa and Mrs. Claus visit the Christmas Lodge on selected sessions. Santa’s sleigh is part of the advertised holiday setting, but Santa hours differ from tree-selling hours. Check the renewed events calendar when a Santa visit is central to your plans.

Use the winter calendar

The previously published Christmas season ran November 28–December 21. Winter visit hours are Monday–Friday 10am–5pm and Saturday–Sunday 9am–5pm; these are distinct from the general garden-center hours.

Timbuk’s flower festivals and other seasonal outings have their own programs and admission arrangements. Their fees and activities do not establish charges or inclusions for a Christmas-tree visit.
