Choose your Christmas tree.
Canaan fir is the main choose-and-cut variety, with some balsam and white fir also available. A professional forester can answer selection questions and help you find a tree suited to your plans.
The farm supplies a handsaw, sled and ground mat, with cutting assistance available. Purchased trees are cleaned, netted and loaded onto vehicles; drilling is offered for compatible stands. No numerical tree-price schedule is published on the operator page.

Warm up and browse handmade gifts
The gift shop offers a complimentary warm beverage and cookies after the field visit. Handmade chestnut wooden baskets and other wood products offer a different kind of gift shopping alongside the tree.
A walk through the black-walnut plantation is also advertised. The nearby Shaker Trace Trail and Whitewater Shaker Village are separate destinations; they are not included farm attractions.
Finding the entrance
Approach along New Haven Road, about five miles east of Harrison and one mile east of New Haven village. Look for the farm sign at 8626 New Haven Road rather than following a nearby attraction’s entrance.
