Choose your Christmas tree.
Medina’s two farms offer choose-and-cut and freshly cut trees. The shared operator selection spans Scotch and white pine, blue and Norway spruce, concolor, Canaan, Fraser and balsam fir, from tabletop sizes to more than 15 feet. Ask which choices are available at this branch.
Butler Farm has its own parking next to the Main Farm. Trees grow around several ponds, giving this branch a different field setting from the Depot-centered visit next door.
The operator’s service menu distinguishes free assistance from paid preparation: cutting help, carrying help, carts, shaking, fresh trunk cuts, rope and loading or tying help are free. Netting, stand drilling and stand installation are each listed at $5; tree bags are $3–$4.

Tree preparation and practical costs
Saws are supplied, so you can choose a field tree without bringing cutting equipment. Staff offer cutting and carrying assistance and can help secure the tree for the journey home. Discuss the preparation you want before checkout: the detailed service prices take precedence over older tourism descriptions of free drilling and baling.

At the pond-side campfire
Warm up at a campfire during the Butler visit. The branch description promises free hot chocolate for children, and the shared services page defines the complimentary cocoa age as 12 and younger.
The animals, indoor Christmas collection and weekend snack vendors are at the Main Farm next door. They are not described as Butler amenities; allow a separate stop if those features matter to your outing.
Before you go.
- Use this branch’s separate parking and address.
- The operator’s old footer retains an obsolete end-date year; reconfirm the current final selling day.
