Choose your Christmas tree.
Hearth & Pine, formerly LT Tree Farm, sells pre-cut Christmas trees and tabletop choices. Young Canaan fir and white-pine plantings are part of the growing farm; they are not yet a current choose-and-cut offering.
The tree-adoption program lets you name and tag a young tree. Continue buying a pre-cut tree each year until the adopted tree reaches harvest size, then receive that adopted tree free. The annual purchase requirement is part of the offer.

Pre-cut shopping and adopting a tree
Browse the ready-cut selection rather than expecting to cut from the young plantings. If the adoption program interests you, discuss the tagged tree and ongoing annual pre-cut purchases before joining. No numerical tree-price list is published on the tree page.
Gifts and Santa visits
The shop lists tabletop trees, tumblers, hats and other gifts. Previously published Santa and Mrs Claus visits are November 28, November 30 and December 13, from 1–4pm; confirm renewed appearances when planning a family visit.
The property’s wedding venue is separately booked. It is not an included activity with the Christmas-tree purchase.
The County Road I address
The operator prints County Road I, the letter, for its Montpelier address. Use that road name when planning the trip; the older numeral transcription does not identify another farm. Call to arrange a weekday visit.
