Dunlap grows white pine, white, Colorado blue and Norway spruce, and concolor, Canaan and Fraser fir. The size-price grids distinguish field trees from ready-cut trees in the front yard; tax is included, while baling is $2 extra.
Field pine prices run $24–$45 across 4–9 feet, spruce $29–$68 across 4–10 feet and fir $33–$68 across 4–9 feet. Ready-cut prices cover 4–9 feet, with pine $27–$48, spruce $32–$60 and fir $36–$74. Each size tier is preserved below.
The grower recommends harvesting Norway spruce after December 5. White pine has soft long needles and lighter branches; spruces offer firmer ornament support, while concolor adds a citrus-like fragrance.

Across the bridge to the fields
Follow the path behind the Dunlap house and across the bridge to begin the tree search. Hand saws are available, or you may bring a traditional or electric hand saw. Chainsaws are prohibited. Ask staff if you need help cutting.
After cutting, staff collect your tree with a four-wheeler and cart and take it to the front of the house. Shaking is available, baling costs $2, and twine and loading help are supplied. Ready-cut purchases include a fresh base cut of about an inch.
