Carson publishes Christmas-tree prices by height, from a 5-foot tree at $55 to an 18-foot tree at $288. The full table matters here: the offering includes several tall sizes with distinct prices, rather than a single starting rate.
Balled-and-burlapped living trees have their own retail prices: 5 feet $100, 6 feet $140, 7 feet $170 and 8 feet $210. The operator shows Norway spruce, Canaan fir and white pine alongside its nursery selection.

Compare a cut tree with a living tree
The Christmas-tree and living-tree price tables describe separate purchases. Use the height and format you are actually choosing when comparing costs; the operator’s species examples do not assign every variety to every height tier.

Nine selling days and cash-or-check payment
The previously published season used November 28–30, December 5–7 and December 12–14, from 9am to 5pm each day. Carson accepts cash and checks only.
Professional photography carries a separate $50 fee. That is an additional photography arrangement, not a charge automatically included in an ordinary tree purchase. Check the renewed selling calendar before traveling to Blue Jay Road.
