Elwood Christmas Tree Farm
Walk Elwood’s tree fields to choose a Christmas tree, bring a hand saw to cut it yourself, or let the farm cut the tree for you. Pre-cut trees offer another choice, and the crew ties the tree to your car at no charge.
At a glance
Plan your visit.

Choose your Christmas tree.
Elwood grows Norway spruce, Douglas fir, Fraser fir, Blue spruce and Turkish fir, with different sizes around the 22-acre farm. It also offers particularly large Norway spruce and Douglas fir trees; arrange the details with the farm for those larger trees.
Browse pre-cut trees if you would prefer to choose one already prepared. A walk through the fields lets you compare the shapes and sizes before deciding.

Bring a hand saw or ask for cutting help
For cutting your own tree, bring your own hand saw. If you arrive without one, the crew will cut the selected tree for you. Axes and chainsaws are prohibited.
The crew ties the tree to your car without charge. Bring a blanket to protect the roof before loading, and plan the vehicle and carrying arrangements for a particularly large tree.
