The farm visit.
Wreaths, greenery and the old barn
Fresh handmade wreaths, kissing balls and garlands offer another way to bring the farm’s greens home. Inside the original 1800s barn, browse local artisan work, ornaments, glass creations, pottery, wooden gifts, candles, soaps and watercolour paintings. Potted porch trees are also part of the farm’s posted holiday offering.
The shop also sells honey, maple syrup, jams and jellies, pickles, chocolates, baked goods and homemade dog treats. Two indoor restrooms are available, and the outdoor refreshment window serves food and drinks for purchase beside the picnic tables. A firepit offers another place to pause outdoors, and the farm has a large parking area.
Choosing a tree stand
Tree stands are sold separately in the gift shop. The posted Bowling’s steel-stand tiers pair the stand diameter with the maximum tree height; Cinco Express is a separate synthetic stand.
