Choose your Christmas tree.
At White Dog, choose and tag a Douglas or concolor fir in the field and the team cuts it fresh. You can select it early and return for collection later. Staff transport the tree from the field, shake out loose material and use the netter to compact it for travel. Very large trees may not fit the netter, so netting is not guaranteed for every size.
The display area has fresh-cut Douglas and Fraser fir in a range of sizes. Pick a tree and the team nets and loads it onto the vehicle, using twine for roof transport or placing it in the trunk. Fresh handmade wreaths and grave blankets are sold too. Cash and major credit cards are accepted.

The farm visit.
Tagging, collection and seasonal hours
The usual selling days are Friday–Sunday, 9am–4pm, with other days by appointment. Two current operator notices disagree on the first tagging day, November 7 versus November 8. Confirm that opening weekend directly before making a special trip. Later pickups can be requested by text to the operator’s published contact.
Care for the tree at home
White Dog recommends a fresh ½-inch cut across the base and putting the tree in water promptly. Keep the cut base submerged, check and refill the water daily, and place the tree away from heat.
A separate Santa photograph
The farm advertises Santa photographs on November 8, 10am–1pm, in arrival order without appointments. The $10 cash-or-Venmo fee is for a digital professional photograph, rather than for a Christmas tree. Leashed dogs may join this session. Check the event announcement before planning around the photographer.

Professional photography sessions
White Dog has a separate photography program with a $50 fee per day, payable in advance. Request permission before setting client dates or arriving: availability is limited by the farm, access is shared with other photographers, and last-minute requests may not fit. These arranged sessions are separate from the Santa photograph event and ordinary tree shopping. The policy also addresses amateur, non-commercial photographers and their clients; read its full scope before planning a session.
Email the requested dates and times to Mike@WhiteDogFarms.net or text 609-457-4691. Complete and sign the policy/release form, return a copy by email or text, and wait for the farm to review and reply. The form asks for a signer of legal age on behalf of the photography group. Use the operator’s linked Square page for advance payment; payment alone is not a permission request or confirmed session.
Park in the main parking lot. Client vehicles are never allowed in the fields. Photographers may drive in to drop off props only after parking first and receiving approval. Keep roads, trails, equipment, buildings and farm activities clear, and expect tractors or other working-farm machinery to be present.
Dogs must stay leashed, with waste cleanup and disposal handled by their owner. Keep belongings attended and respect the space of other photographers and farm visitors.
