Choose your Christmas tree.
Keris pairs choose-and-cut fields with hand-selected pre-cut trees and pre-dug balled-and-burlapped choices. Locally grown concolor and Canaan fir, Norway and blue spruce and white pine are mostly 5–8 feet, with occasional 9- or 10-foot trees. Field trees are priced by the foot; selected trees taller than 10 feet are individually priced. Noble and Fraser fir are separate pre-cut choices.
The farm supplies cutting equipment and pull wagons to bring a tree back, and discourages customers from bringing their own saws. Staff wrap and tie trees to vehicles. Pre-dug balled-and-burlapped trees are 5–8 feet with heavy root balls: bring a pickup truck or trailer, and ask staff about care and planting instructions.

The Christmas shop and fresh greens
The shop is a substantial part of a Keris visit, with ornaments, handmade brass bells, Maine balsam pillows and collectible ranges including Byers’ Choice and Fontanini. Wreaths, roping and loose greens offer ways to finish decorating beyond the tree. Grave blankets are listed by the growers’ association.
Weekend Santa is also listed by the association; confirm the farm’s current session details before planning a visit around him.
Getting the timing right
The operator posts Wednesday–Sunday opening, 9am–5pm, with Monday, Tuesday and Thanksgiving closed. Its November 22–December 21 range differs from the association’s November 21–December 20 range; check the operator’s seasonal announcement before choosing a first or final visit date. The farm is on Route 524 near Route 539 and I-195.
