The Washington Plut farm at 426 Route 31 offers field-grown Fraser fir, blue spruce and concolor fir, with a separate pre-cut selection. Its posted field price is $65 for trees up to 8 feet and $75 for trees over 8 feet. Ready-cut trees reach 12 feet and are individually priced by size; larger trees are limited, so check before travelling for one.
The branch lists free pin-stand drilling and sells Stand Strait stands. Ask about the current selection and cutting or loading arrangements before the visit. The Washington farm’s own prices and hours apply to this Route 31 stop.

The visitor gate is at 426 Route 31 South, between Rossi Dodge Chrysler Jeep and Enterprise. Use this branch’s directions when approaching the highway. Its posted tentative season begins the day after Thanksgiving and runs through December 23, with hours subject to weather; confirm before an evening trip.
