Choose your Christmas tree.
The Fir Farm’s Christmas visit centers on trees, handmade wreaths and the little red barn, where the owners continue the tradition of photographing families with their chosen tree. The farm has grown Christmas trees for more than forty years; contact it before visiting for a particular size or cutting arrangement.
Wreath making begins around Thanksgiving. Each wreath is made by hand, with changing designs rather than a single uniform style. Place special wreath orders early if you have a particular design in mind. Farm honey is available during Christmas-tree season, making a useful additional purchase while you are there.

A weekend tree visit
The farm describes its usual season as the Saturday after Thanksgiving through Christmas Eve, opening Friday–Sunday from 10am to 4pm. Check its current announcement before making a special trip. For enquiries, use the website’s contact form or the farm’s matched public email, TheFirFarm@gmail.com.
If you would like to help behind the scenes, the farm invites messages in November about volunteering with wreath making and bow tying. Arrange the role directly; this is not an advertised drop-in workshop.

Trees for Troops
The farm’s current announcement schedules Trees for Troops for December 4–6. Contact the farm for the event hours and donation arrangements before planning a visit specifically for it; the older appeal still on the website does not establish those current details. Hops grown here are supplied to brewers and do not establish an onsite tasting room.
