Choose your Christmas tree.

Springdale’s Christmas-tree yard is in its plant-yard area. The posted selection includes Fraser, Douglas and concolor fir and Colorado blue spruce in a 5–10-foot range. This is harvested-tree shopping rather than cutting a field tree.

With a tree purchase, staff make a fresh quarter-inch cut at the base to help water uptake. Put the tree into water promptly. If it will wait outside before decorating, keep it sheltered from wind and sun in water, and refresh the base cut before putting it in the stand.

Wreaths, plants and the farm-market stop

Customizable wreaths, fresh greens and grave blankets are sold alongside the trees, with poinsettias as another seasonal plant-yard choice. The farm market’s gift range includes ceramic table decorations, candles, cheese and New Jersey honey. Check current designs and stock for the particular winter item you want.

The onsite bakery makes cider doughnuts daily throughout the year, alongside pies, bread, cookies and muffins. These are separate purchases to browse around a tree-shopping stop; confirm seasonal flavours, advance orders and collection arrangements with the market.

Tree-yard opening

The earlier tree-yard guide says it follows the store’s regular opening hours. Current home and directions information lists the regular store daily 8am–6pm. Confirm holiday exceptions, the tree yard’s availability and remaining heights before making a special trip.

Arrange a year-round campfire hayride

The farm’s linked campfire flyer describes a separate year-round, two-hour private hayride through the woods to a lakeside campsite, with picnic tables and lanterns. The driver maintains the fire and lanterns while the group spends time at the site. Reserve this outing separately from tree shopping and ask for an available date, current quote and current policies; it is not a walk-in or tree-purchase inclusion.

The older linked flyer charges for at least 20 people even when a smaller group attends and warns of a possible wagon fuel surcharge. It lists a $50 cash-or-check deposit to secure a time, applied to final payment after the headcount is taken before loading; the group leader collects and pays before the ride. The $50 is a deposit, not the full group price.

That flyer says the deposit is nonrefundable for cancellations within 21 days, with an exception for rain at the scheduled departure. Confirm how that exception and the current cancellation policy apply before booking. Arrive 15 minutes early: latecomers cannot join after the wagons leave.

For groups mainly made up of children under 12, the flyer requires one adult for every five children. It recommends the outing for children over six, teenagers and adults without stating a blanket ban on younger children; it separately lists children under one as free. Ask how the charged minimum and your group’s ages are handled. No alcohol is allowed. Bring food, activities and clothing for the outdoor weather.

Optional equipment and bakery food are separate. Older listed rentals are $0.50 per roasting fork, $5 for a tabletop double burner and $2 for a one-gallon kettle. The flyer asks for bakery orders at least two days ahead, with food prices seasonal. Confirm current rentals and prices. The older programme flyer prints 856-414-1972 and springdaleinfo@juno.com; the main market number is 856-424-8674, which can confirm the appropriate current booking contact.
