Perfect offers cut-your-own and pre-cut trees from 6–16 feet, although not every variety comes in every size. The published pre-cut 6–9-foot offer is $89. Field trees through 9 feet are also $89, with successive height tiers listed below; sales tax is additional. Other sizes, rooted trees and seconds have individual tags.
Tree wagons and hand saws are provided. Wrapping and two-ply sisal twine are supplied without extra charge, and staff help lift the tree onto the vehicle. Visitors must secure their own knots: the staff no longer ties trees to cars.
The farm grows a broad mix of familiar and less common varieties, including balsam, Fraser, concolor, Canaan and Douglas fir, blue spruce and Scotch pine, alongside Nordmann, Sakhalin, Korean, Veitch and corkbark fir. Small potted trees are another option; check their individual tags and current availability. Not every species comes in every size.

The farmhouse and holiday shop
Wreaths are posted from $14–49, with a gift shop, free refreshments and small gifts for children. The historic farmhouse opens for weekend tours. A previously published county program also included Mrs. Claus stories, treats, photographs and a hayride; confirm which activities are returning and their current arrangements. The detailed tree-calendar baseline is weekends plus Black Friday, 10am–4:30pm.
Before using the highway entrance
Call for current dates, stock and payment or pet rules. Older operator replies mention cards and dogs, but they do not establish a current policy. Check the operator’s Route 22 directions for the correct approach.
The entrance and parking are on the westbound side of US 22 in Lopatcong Township. Look for the large farm sign; from the eastbound side use the operator’s legal-turn directions rather than crossing the divided highway.
